I wanted to use 3M tape but once I saw how the lip fit with self tap screws I said nevermind. This might sound strange but I bought the same screws used from under the bumper. You can take one of and take to dealer.
I only screwed them and have hit high speeds with no worries. They do not need retighten after few months neither
