... I don't think that that tech in that dealership is competent at all. One thing is talking about the USB
hub (as in the 6FL option, still offered in 2009) and one thing is talking about the USB
port (as in loading/back up the iDrive
CIC HDD).
Just let them do what they need and don't try to "help" them... it seems that you are "confusing" them with technical facts.
