What is the point of selling them if you can't help the customers if they come up with issues? Are we just suppose to automatically contact the person who made them? I think the point of the creator to have you resell them and make a profit is so he doesn't have to deal with the customers and you do since you took the MONEY...with that answer you gave, wow..no point buying from you guys when you don't know what the heck is going on.
