Here's the story:
About a month ago, on a highway, I hit a pothole going about 60mph.
Both my left front/rear tires and wheels were damaged.

Luckily, I had the wheel/tire insurance when I purchased the vehicle.
The dealer fixed them in no time and assured me that they assured me that there were no other problems.
Yesterday, just driving back home, I hear a loud noise coming from the backside of the car. I stopped to check if something was hanging and nothing was there.
I hopped back and try to drive but the noise came too loud and I had to stop and the left rear of the car were sunk down.
I called the BMW assist and they towed my car.
Here's my question/concern.
Dealer said that the bolt holding the suspension to the car was damaged last month and they didn't detect that. Now, the damage is even bigger. Driving shaft and strut bar are bent as well.
Can they be held any liable for this issue or is it 100% my fault?
Sigh...Stupid potholes...
