I found one which has the power rear sunshade but cant find one with the Hill Assist

I'm pretty sure your current unit will work. I just picked up this part
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=721346 and disassembled it for a project I'm working on. There's a full-length circuit board inside of it, behind each of the buttons. The little red pieces you see sit between the circuit board and the button to negate being able to push it depending on the function you have. Pop off the button corresponding to the feature, remove the red pieces, and you'll be good to go.
