That is, IMHO, a pretty good guess.
At what appears to be approximately the mid-generation point of the E9xM3 BMW sliced six months off of the MY2010. Is the ultimate goal to run the 2013 MY from March 2012 thru February 2013 then launch a 2015 MY M3 in early 2014? Or will there be a six month production of a 2014 model (March 2013-August 2103) with the launch of the next generation M3 in September 2014 as a 2014 MY or 2015 MY?
Whatever happens, three more model years ('11-'13) seems like a very safe bet.
