well considering i had PS2 to start off with, i believe a step up in tires can be considered a mod... why you dont think so?? i mean, if i just took the PS2 off of my stock wheels and mount them on my TE's then i dont think its a mod, but buying new tires for my new wheels would be considered a mod no?? |
