I just went threw about the same situation with a shady seller.... Paypal refunded my money thankfully but it wasn't easy.
I'd say file with paypal now as the last item this seller sold (ohlins R&T kit) was not received either. ( from what I read)
I can't believe people have the balls to pull this shit...
