The engine temps that you are experiencing is the same range as I am getting which is nothing to concern yourself with.My Z06 used to see over 300f in long track sessions.The transmission has its own cooling system with a dedicated electric pump & cooler,so that is a non issue.I have problems with my diff getting too hot & clunking on a track where it was a lot of second & third gear stuff with a fair bit of wheelspin on corner exit so that is something that I will have to keep an eye on.
The only other thing is brakes and that can be rectified with proper track pads & fluid. Go & Enjoy!
