Right. But it's a mistake.
BMW AG has staked out this new world (sic) of ///M SAVs --- and that's OK. I'm in the pragmatists' camp: sell what has the maximum margin (P-car makes more EBIT margin from a Cayenne Turbo than a 911 T) if it works to sustain the marque.
But, and this is the error: don't spurn the proselytizers, ie. the dedicated ///M Div fans. And by this I mean: give us
relatively affordable, focused, sports GTs.
