BMW is planning on launching three very important cars in the lineup this year, heres the word ....
7-Series
Chasis code F01, the first vehicle of the new "F" designation will arrive with a dramatic change in styling and improvements all around. The most notable change will be that the car will be much more 'elegant' after the much discussed criticisms of the current car's styling.
To be seen at the Paris Autoshow this fall.

The 1-series based Crossover/SAV/SUV has already been confirmed to be built at Leipzig and is being planned to launch towards the end of 2009.

Z4
The second generation of the Z4 is set to be revealed this fall in 'concept' form, which is basicly a production car that has not been officially annouced yet. It is unclear if this 'concept' car will join it's brothers at the Paris show or shortly thereafter. The car is said to be heavily influenced by the recently revealed GINA concept (or vice-versa).
The official car is expected to arrive at the Geneva show in 2009.
BMW has certainly been increasing the number of new products being revealed at a given autoshow and its ramping up for their largest launch yet this fall.
