I apologize for the delay. I replied to a PM requesting the same fitment to a similar military address, I just noticed it was not the same member.
Wheels are in stock. Studs will be back in stock on Thursday, and shipping to that address is $192.
Because this is to an APO address it would ship via the US Postal service and payment would be made via PayPal.
