Which dealership in PA have you had good experiences with? which one were your bad experiences?
I live in Bucks County, and after having the service rep and tech argue with me that my m3 came with run flats when i asked them about my TPMS i knew i'd never let ThompsonBMW do any real work on the car. Maintenance maybe.
I've had good experience with the Service folks at Devon Hill (which is where i bought the car -- it's just 50 minutes away for me)
