Here's a few pics. The difference between stock and the "edition" gills is subtle. The only way to describe the new ones is that they are darker. They don't exactly match the glossy shadowline trim and they don't exactly match the gunmetal 18" wheels. I'd say it is in between. Perhaps a shadow chrome rim, like the 18" standard wheels on the E46 M3 would match. Anyway, on casual glance they just look mostly black. The pics don't really do it justice but I'm posting them anyway.
The first pic is the original gill on the car.
This second pic is the new one.
The next two are one of each, side by side off of the car. You can see the difference best in these side by side shots.
