I posted similar question earlier.
I think if you negotiate from the "xxx amount over invoice" dealership will throw these fees at you as their "cost"
So maybe it's easier (and more clear) to go the "xxx amount below MSRP" route.
I was told all southern California dealerships participate in MACO and Training fees...
