4/30/2011 UPDATE - The Maxxis web site now lists this tire under compact spares and the price is $139 per ff1600.
The Maxxis site has an online store. The tire isn't listed; so, I sent them an email today asking if I could buy it direct and got a response from Brad Barrett that I can order direct and to contact him to do so. I emailed him my shipping info and called a few minutes later with the credit card info. Tire should arrive early next week. Cost is $70. plus S&H & sales tax which I have to pay as the tire will be coming from their Texas warehouse. I'll post when I know the total cost.
The wheel is currently $73.06 at Tischer.
