I also had outside wear on my track tires until I increased front camber to -2.8. I used to run -2.5, but it was not enough. -2.8 solved it for me. I am now getting nice even wear, I would not have guessed that -0.3 degrees would make the difference.
However with that much camber I wore the inside of my street tires (inside corded with about 4/32 left on the rest of the PSS)

It is now a question of choice, either optimize street of track tire wear. I let you guess which one takes precedence for me
