Get winter tires and it is a piece of cake.
My E90 M3 is better in the winter than my old TL.
You still need to adjust to winter driving though so slow down and drive normal and allow longer braking. Everything will be ok.
I think the 50/50 weight dstribution makes a huge difference in winter driving.
