It sticks fine to carbon fiber as most carbon has a clear coat on top of it just like normal paint. I plasti dipped my OEM splitters before my last track day to cut down on rock chips and it worked amazingly well! Before the next track day I think I'm gonna spray the whole front of the car and the rockers with the clear plasti dip to protect my paint! |
Is it easier than covering it with painter's tape? I bet that at least it looks better. How does the paint finish change when dipped?
