Never had a fuel pump or overheating problems so far with my 335i....13,000+ mi.
btw -- I came from driving a modded, fully loaded '04 G35 Sedan and a fully loaded '03 FX35; great cars, imho...I almost got another G35 (2007) until I drove the 335i.
