Well after a long journey through my voided engine, I have finally got it back more than 2 months ago and finally had time to get it cleaned and spruce it up a little so I thought I post some photos here. I love the new rebuilt engine and it sounds absolutely menacing with a higher compression ratio @ 12.8:1. I used parts like Carillo Rods, Forged Pistons, Coated Bearings, etc for the rebuild including the use of iron sleeves in the motor which originally came with Alusil coating. The engine is substantially smoother than my stock motor and definitely much more torquey everywhere in the rev range. In short, everything feels lighter when you rev the motor to 8,600 RPM. And it absolutely is a fricking blast when you pull to that RPM.
