Its important to have a rapport with your SA, mine doen't care that I track the car. I have not had to negotiate any serious issues though. I was at the track two weeks ago and there were several Boss 302, and thought they were pretty evenly matched with a possible edge to the Boss 302. All things being equal I would use my E90 as a DD and track the 302, but I have not driven a Boss 302. Yet....
