My Jerez has the Silver Novillo interior, and I like the look--understated. That said, there is a Melbourne Red / Bamboo E93 M3 in my neighborhood, and it is an eye pleaser.
I've said this before--and I seem to be in the minority--but I would not consider the Jerez with a Fox Red interior. Jerez Black is actually dark blue, and I don't like the look of red on blue, even if the red is orange-ish.
My vote is for #2, particularly if it's a 6MT.
