Whats the MAIN difference with 2008 and 2009. I know 2009 is hard drive based and a better screen. 2009 you can add Combox for cool options.

How are the updated to CCC navigation?

This is a matter of what you are interested on: the car
or the Nav and its features.
If you are interested in the car then no matter which MY you buy, mechanically and -arguably- performance-wise it will be exactly the same car.
If you are interested in the latest Nav/iPod/iPhone features and then some then only the MY2009+ will give you that.
If you are interested in both the car and the Nav then there's only one choice.
