I've had the MS pullies on my car for over 2 years and around 35K miles. No problems, no weird noises, no issues at all. I occasionally will hit full lock, but will always give it less wheel to bring it off lock.
You may have had an installation error or now the pullies are highlighting a pre-existing problem
