As for H&R in my opinion and i learned the hard way, don't do it. It's pretty harsh. Honestly I feel like I can't drive it like an M. If anything go with the whole coilovers setup, etc but that cost $$. Then again maybe my shocks are going bad? My car has 30k miles on it but as soon as the springs were installed I didn't like the ride. Looks great though.
