I got a fully loaded G35C in 2004 and it was $36k. That's a pretty damn good value and the car looked and performed great for the time. Looks are subjective but it sure got a great deal of attention when I first bought it and to say the car is *slow* is pretty exaggerated. It moved pretty good in 2004 and don't forget, at that time the E46 M3 was doing mid 4sec 0-60 and that was a $50k+ car. That's now what the 135i does out of the box.
