Has anyone done this? I want to swap out my driver seat cushion for the passenger seat cushion. The driver seat has a deep crease that is getting worse as I sit on it.

I want to swap it to give it some time to reshape. I've used leather conditioner to treat the cushion but it isn't helping so hence this idea.
