If you want to remove the spacers without becoming
Hulk, you must use anti-seize between the spacer and the hub, there's no way around it.
All the spacers that I have bough so far (H&R, Turner and Velocity Motorcars) fit tight enough over the hub as to stay put while changing tires. The Velocity Motorcars spacers in particular are screwed first into the brake disc, so they do not move at all once installed.
