I can't recall how much drop I got (I was 600 miles away from the car when it was installed). It's certainly lower than with just the H&R's. I am guessing the ride height went from the 3/4" drop with the H&R's to about 1.25" with the coilovers. (Both versus stock.)
Height adjustment is like any other coil over. If you look at the link, there is a threaded collar that allows for finite height adjustment.
