This is about as rediculous as it gets...I have KMA plates since my cousin is a LAPD and I asked him about CHP's foundation plates. The donations were suppose to goto family of slain or deceased officers. Also if you have family that are CHP you can get these as well....you can't get out of tickets just by having this plate frame.
