I'd be mad for the fact that whom ever curbed your car didn't fess up. I find it hard to believe that they didn't realize what they did. But then again, it didn't look like they tried to cover it up by cleaning up the scuffed tire. I've had a couple of similar experiences, it sucks! I hope they make it as good as new for you.
