I have two sets of locking lugs. The keys don't fit each others lugs. I don't know how many different variations there are. The key should be stored in the tool kit furthest away from the tow hook. I guess you already searched the rest of the car?
If the dealer installed the locking lugs like they did mine, go back to them & tell them you need it. They may have to order a few sets before they find the right key, or take them off another way & give you a new set. GL -
