Additional Comments: Assisted a family member on checking one of their vehicles they had on the lot the other day. The SA named above was kind enough for us to test drive the car while he waited in his office however we ended up walking away since they were not willing to deal. Came home to an email from Steve asking for feedback so I gave it to him with comparing other dealerships that are willing to deal and received the following response:
"I think we are living in two different world.
You expect our car selling price should be close to invoice . Huh?
Let's stop at this point .
You don't have any idea what you are talking about.
