Help!

Some DB scratched my door and I am not sure where to take the car.

Called BMW toronto and they outsource, so I am not sure if the dealer is the best option.

Also, can non-dealers match Jerez black since but is an M3 only colour?

Appreciate any help, searched and could not find anything bet helpful so far.
