RRT in Sterling, VA is where I would go for most things (their shop is incredible). IMA motorsports and Mach V also in Sterling are some other good shops in Northern VA area I've had good experiences with.
My car's lowered too and I had my cf front smashed up by an area BMW dealership last summer--thankfully they promptly got me a replacement but still not excited to take my car back there.
