Take it back and tell them you need to fixed correctly.
No one listens to me when i tell them just because your taking it some some "high end" place to fix a car doesn't mean they always do whats right.
I've seen independent body shops do better work than BMW shops, and Mercedes as well.
I do however think you should have pointed these things out when you picked up the car op, because when you take it back now, they may give you the run around.
