Maintenance - might be worth if you drive alot >10k. I didn't get it on my e46 and probably spent more than $2k on maintenance.
Warranty - $5g? too pricey. I got from my Credit union a 2yr limited warranty for $1500 with $150 deductable on my e46
Clear mask - not a bad price if includes hood/fenders/bumper.
Tint - too pricey. $300-400 elsewhere
