As a former F owner I think this is a good upgrade to a really nice car. The 2010 IS-F is also getting the new Lexus HD nav. One thing I don't like about the new IS-F is the redesigned wheels. I really like the wheels on my 2008 model, but the new ones are a little to much for my taste.
