WTF? You are a dick. And no... Jump starting a car will not hurt your precious battery if you do it correctly. Believe it or not, your battery won't get damaged by a "BEATER" car anymore than it wouldn't from jumping a Ferrari. A battery is a battery. Next time you should help people whether their car sucks or not.
