I don't mind being 'cut off' by one car length by somebody who knows how to drive (I used to live in Mexico City), but that's considered aggressive drivng. Most folks would lay on the horn for blocks in that situation
. But 2 or 3 car lenghts is perfectly appropriate IMO... unless you're dealing with elderly or women who don't know how to drive. And yes, I've gotten my share of tantrums when 'cutting off' women WAAAAAY ahead of them. Mostly when they were distracted and got pissed off because somebody jumped in front of them. Seems like that lady hasn't been laid in a while
