Mine does it. Can't hear it with the stereo on, but it's there. I'd describe more as a rhymic clicking noise and I hear it more when warm but it's there when cold too. Seems pretty common. All MTs I've had have had some kind of "noise" when the clutch is disengaged and the car in N. Not as loud, but always a different sound thank clutch engaged. I have no other transmission issues (such as 1st to 2nd grind) so I'm not going to worry about it.
