Having health care management positions is great, they just do not generally pay as much as you can earn doing bread and butter medicine.
Much better life style though.
If I could do it over, I would be in manage care, collecting a salary. Enjoying 3 day weekends, and quiet nights.
Unfortunately I was dumb and money hungry. Its hard to back out of this hole.
