for more information. They do a great job on all modifications, have major connections with BMW in Germany, and recently acquired the license in the US to sell these parts and the car as a whole. There is a select dealer network that will be selling Motorsport Products, the US market will have its own network and price structure, this was announced in February- The final network, pricing and items have not been finalized yet. Dealers currently importing EU products may not be considered to be a US dealer... there are some guidelines for this network etc.
The items will be for "off road use only", so there is no implied BMW warranty or guarantee they meet DOT regulations, emissions etc... what the purchaser chooses to do with the product is in his own hands and limits BMWs responsibility.
Bodies in white and full cars for the US will be available at some point but there are restrictions on importing such items and that is still being worked on...
