I've had good and bad luck with both Stevens Creek and BMW of Mt View. BMW of Mt. View is heavily dependent on which adviser you get. SCBMW put a 4 foot scratch in the hood of my 05 m3 at it's 1200 mile service. That made me MAD. But, they've been good ever since. BMW of Mt View always has a long wait to drop the car off unless you go after 10am.
