Car is designed to carry a wide load range. As long as the tires are rated for the highest load (up to GVWR) you're going to carry, they'd be fine.
Almost any tire is going to exceed our M3's rating anyway, so the issue is not to buy a tire for more load than the car was designed to carry IMO, like the example of a few posts above. Most of us will never reach remotely close to GVWR capacity. Take care.
