The only thing i noticed when having euro delivery with a different dealership than local was the local one tends to not offer goodies such as bmw loaner when you are in for service. i guess it depends on the dealership. i think generally its good idea to pick a local dealer that has a good rep of taking care of its customers and working euro delivery with them. They all should help and with this economy i don't think it would take much arm twisting really.
