Everyone's experience is different with him, I'm sure. I understood that my piece was slow production due to it being for an E90. That's why I wasn't upset when it took so long. But a phone call with legitimate info would have been nice. Even when he told me it shipped (LA to SF), he gave me the tracking but it wasn't shipped out. I know how UPS works. He printed the label before he had the product, sent me tracking, shipped the item 3-4 days later when it showed up. I'm straight forward, so I like it when people return the favor.
