There is a thread on here that has pics of the muffler opened up, the perforated pipes, stuffing, etc. I just printed out those pics and explained what to do to the muffler shop. They said the pics were perfect and was easy to follow along.
Maybe someone knows of a shop who has done this but simply bringing the pics/vid to a reputable shop should be all they need.
