I know there are a few LEOs on our forum, so Im going to ask. I always hear people talking about the monthly quota, but from what I have read, this does not exist. Is there any proof either way? I dont think there is, I just think sometimes it may be more prevalent like whenever crime rates are down and maybe more are out on traffic control? I dont know. Just wondering...
